Recommended Uses or Purposes: Increases lean muscle mass when used in conjunction with a resistance training regimen. Specially formulated with no fillers to ensure purity, and micronized to deliver enhanced solubility in water or juice.
Recommended Dose: Mix 1/2 scoop (2.5g) to 1 scoop (5g) with 125 – 250 ml of water or your favourite beverage.
